Saturday, 13 September marks Utrecht Heritage Day (Open Monumentendag), celebrating the theme Heritage and Architecture. Across the city, monuments that have shaped Utrecht’s history and architecture will open their doors.

Flash visit to the Rietveld Schröder House

On this day exclusively, you're welcome for a free quick 10-minute visit between 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. For the full experience including self-guided audio tour, please visit us another day.  

If it gets busy, you may be asked to wait outside before entering. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Opening hours

Regular opening hours apply on Utrecht Heritage Day. The house can be visited from 11:00 to 16:00.

Please note: the house is closed from 13:00 to 14:00.
